Our approach incorporates three levels of service. Level one is access to basic tools to address what we have defined over time as the most pressing organizational issues. It is not a “teaser” product, but is intended to provide a path to organizational problems solving without external support.

Level One:

Organizations will receive bi-weekly communication addressing a single core organizational issue. All of these communications will be concise and organized as follows:

• A mini-case study that describes the issue in operational terms and is based on real experience

• A clear definition of the problem and its impact

• The most effective response, typically a “tool,” “checklist” or recommended source for further information on this problem

Level Two:

Subscribers will be entitled to an e-mail or telephone consultation to customize their organization’s response to the issue. These responses and consultations will be grounded in FS&A’s thirty plus years of organizational development and our extensive knowledge of materials and tools in the field.


Level Three:

In some instances, organizations will want to access and use FS&A’s “Rapid Change” model, a sharply time-limited, cost-effective and proven approach to defining, understanding the impact of and getting commitment to the best possible solution to the organizational problems that often stand in the way of achieving success. Subscribers will also have access to the template for the Rapid Change Model for use without external support.
